How do the points system work with team games, like i've seen somebody play 20 or something games, and only had 2 points ? could i get this explained please

On your team chart, it shows how many team games the player has played and the player's plus or minus score. So a score of "2" for 20 games means the player scored 11-9 in those 20 games, or +2. A score of "-2" would mean a 9-11 result.
