Yet I can advise you a few things: With chessprograms like Fritz8 you can publize your games. Advantage: nice lay out, easy to drop in variations and make comments in it, less good is the fact that it's less easy to incorporate it in your web pages (according to me). Another way to incorporate your games is via the website of ICC.
