Message: There are many annotated games on the web.
You can not find all openings at the same site.
I tried a search at http//www.google.com
with these 8 keywords:
chess openings games annotated -book -CD -item -author -by
-book -CD .... is needed to exclude Amazon.com books and a lot of CD advertising
of course you can substitute "openings games" with name of a special opening or an ECO code, like A40
You can also try to use "annotator" or "commented" instead of "annotated"
I got 57 hits with that searchline, some really nice ones:
www.50chessgames.freeserve.co.uk
here you can replay games and read a comment on every move
www.ex.ac.uk/sheu/DR/Canon/canonidx.html
On this page you will find a long list of annotated games from 1900-
I came there from this page with many chesslinks:
www-2.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/user/uj/WWW/chess.html
www.chesspublishing.com/guest/content/index.htm
Here you have many games with commentary and diagrams. Different openings.
Well, this was just some examples. Search and explore by yourself.
The trick is to be able to do the search.

Some of the games in this online database are annotated (it includes a search feature to search only for those). ——— London Chess Classic proves better than Moscow — Chess at the top is not easy. After a tough chess tournament in Moscow, St. Louis resident Hikaru Nakamura headed to London (after stopping in New York City for a few days to see his family) to play in the London Chess Classic. The tournament in London has a great line-up that features the four highest-rated chess players in the world, the four highest-rated players in England and Nakamura! Normally, round-robin (all-play-all) formats have an even number of players, but having nine players is advantageous for the players and organizers. Each round, one player sits out, and that player goes to the commentary room and helps the live broadcast analyze the games. The chess players also ...
