Message: It's niether... It strictly shows just how many hits your profile has received... Nothing more, nothing less... If it's high or low, who cares... I most certainly don't... It's nothing more than info (which I do appreciate)... But I often wonder why it's called a "popularity index"... It should be a "hit counter"...
